I've discovered over my time as a street photographer that wandering around is not always a great way to get a shot.  

Sometimes you have to be patient and wait for the shot to come to you.  

That being said, I've added a new menu to my site called '30 minutes' which reflects this very idea.  

Principally my goal is to find a place that has great natural light and just wait for a period of 30 minutes to see what happens and attempt to capture some interesting shots.  

The first of these efforts entitled 'Summer's Lane - Hamilton' is the result of this idea.
